Attorney Stillman founded what is now known as Stillman & Stillman, P.C. in 1992 after graduating from the New York School of Law. A graduate of SUNY Albany and New York Law School where he graduated with honors at the top of his class in 1988.
He has been practicing law in the Bronx since 1989 and in that time has been zealously advocating for the rights of accident victims only. He has never and will never represent or work for an insurance company or defendant. Born in the Bronx he now resides in Westchester with his wife and 2 daughters.
Robert Birnbaum, Esq.

Attorney Birnbaum attended the University of Massachusetts. and received his law degree from the New York Law School. After working as an attorney in Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York for over 10 years, he began practicing law with Stillman & Stillman, P.C. in 1998.
He is a member of The Bronx Bar Association and The New York State Trial Lawyers. During his time as an attorney he has participated in the resolution of many six and seven figure cases.
Howard Trepp, Esq.

Attorney Trepp is a graduate of Cornell University, College of Arts & Sciences where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law/Newark in 1992. He’s admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey as well as the Federal District courts of the Southern District of New York, The Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
He’s a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Bronx Bar Association. He has been representing accident victims for over 30 years.
Adam Raclaw, Esq.

Attorney Raclaw is a graduate of CUNY Queens College and Brooklyn Law School. He has been practicing in the Bronx since 2004 after having practiced in Brooklyn since 1996. He is always advocating for the rights of victims of motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, and premises accidents such as slip and falls.
He also prepares wills and represents clients in New York’s Surrogate Court. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he now lives in Long Island with his wife and daughter and serves as an officer in his synagogue.
